Lunch/After School/Class Trips/ Special Orders

Elysian’s “Pay for Services” Program

 You can now pay online for Lunch, After School, class trips, yearbooks, class rings and other things that come up throughout the year.

Some things to consider about this new program:

  • Please use the same email address from last year if you are already in the system! Using another email creates multiple accounts making accounting difficult for both you and Elysian.
  • Please remember to update your children’s information with new grade, change of address, add on kids, etc.
  • If you are a new user, you must first register your family and activate your account. Please follow the instructions provided for setting up your account
  • The registration code for 1st time users is: 297ecsnj
  • This new system will allow families to pay for all school services – order & pay for lunch, afterschool and special orders. (Activities included in special orders include but are not limited to: class trips, yearbooks, class rings, etc.) No more multiple pay sites! (However, PTSO Enrichment club fees cannot be paid online- only by check. )
  • Special Orders – Class trips and scholarship donations will be listed under Special Orders. The system does not give you the option to pay partial payments.
  • There is no longer a registration fee.  Any credit card payments will incur a fee for $4.00 per transaction.  Electronic payments will incur a fee of $1.50 per transaction.  Check payments are accepted. Please put your child’s name and the reason for the payment on each check.  Payments may be brought to the office.
  • Due to different school accounts for different services, you can only pay for one service at a time. For example, families with more than one child can order lunch for all kids and pay for the total amount with only one transaction.  Paying for a trip or After School would require a separate transaction.
  • If you don’t have access to the internet, please stop by the office and we can assist you.
  • All families should register at the beginning of the school year even if you are not considering eating school lunch in September. There are often cases of children who leave their lunch on the counter at home, spill their lunch or forget that they had home lunch that day.  These kids will be issued an emergency lunch for which you will be billed at a later date.   It will be very helpful for you to have your child’s name in the system for these circumstances.
  • There will be a timeline in which to place your lunch order. The system will close for ordering immediately prior to the first day of the month. New menus are posted on the last week of the month for the following month.  All milk only orders need to be pre-purchased monthly.
  • Any unordered emergency lunches or milk will show up on your account next month when you place your next order.
  • This system keeps track of all your purchases, which makes it easier for you at tax time.
